Hire the right people and do the right thing.
Not being true to yourself could cost you everything.
I just listened to an interview of Cracker Barrel’s original co-founder talking about the company he created over 50 years ago.
He was talking about how Cracker Barrel really has no competition because it is completely unique in the restaurant industry. He said “When we began the company it was almost impossible to even find ten guys willing to put up $10,000 to get started.”
It was an unknown concept.
It wasn’t a sure thing.
(No restaurant ever is really.)
But they decided to forge ahead and pour their lives work into making this restaurant chain a place where someone could get off the road during a long trip and feel like they found home away from home. They wanted a welcoming environment that felt old fashioned, like stopping by grandmas house and had good home cooked meals on the menu.
And it was a success.
Some of the most recent rebrands of today are very bland. They are erasing creativity and individualism right before our eyes. They are rebranding everything to look exactly the same as the next guy. I believe this is part of an agenda in our society but that is a topic for another time.
Today I wanted to remind you… to believe in what God has asked you to create in the market place.

You must atleast begin by asking yourself why it is important to stay true to your brand’s voice in the first place?
👉 Because your brand voice is not just “how you sound”—it’s the expression of your mission, your values, and the Kingdom work God has entrusted to you.
Your brand’s voice is not an accident. It is your calling and your purpose.
When you drift away from your true voice…
• You confuse your audience
• You weaken your message
• And you are untrue to yourself and your calling
But when you remain consistent and authentic, you:
👉 Build trust
👉 Establish authority
👉 Attract the people God has called you to serve
😊 Your brand voice isn’t an accident—it’s part of your assignment. It is your purpose, your calling. Be cautious on who you let in to become the voice of your company. (It could cost you millions. Or it could cost you the very soul of who your company is.)
Today’s population is looking for anything that they can get their hands on that is real and authentic. Fake and generic are not selling. We need that thing only you can do!
Be faithful with the voice God gave you, and watch how God uses it to amplify your impact.
